My wife and I were very fortunate to have gotten matched with Jen as our agent thru Zillow. We were having issues with our current rental and needed to find a new place or purchase a home ASAP. We toured one home with Jen and it was not the one. We had our eyes on another home in the same area, however the house wasn't able to be shown that day.
